Sakuya Izayoi from Touhou Project is the Chief Maid at the Scarlet Devil Mansion. She works for her mistress, Remilia Scarlet, and is apparently the only human working at or living within the mansion. She has the power to stop time.

Touhou series of games started on the Japanese PC-98 series of computers and its first five entries are native to that platform.

It then became a media franchise spanning a steadily increasing number of official games, in addition to commercial fan books, light novels, and manga.
