Automaton here is an anti-personnel robots used by the A-Laws and Innovators in season two Mobile Suit Gundam 00.

Don’t be blinded by their small hands, they are specifically designed for search and destroy mission which they will chase and blew the enemy to bits with their machine gun.

Was actually looking for Tachikoma Ghost in Shell model and found this . If you ask me, Tachikoma and Automaton would be cousin born in a different world. Or maybe a child from different mother.

Though unlike Tachikoma, Automaton is merely a background character not given any depth.
