I’m not sure if this is a correct translation but from what I understand is that this chibi Himeko Castle Tower papercraft is the mascot of gametensyu.com. Gametensyu is supposed to be a gaming community and review site

Himeko is also the main character of 4koma manga on gametensyu website.

Castle Tower is supposed to be the house ornament on top of Himeko’s head. As usual with Japanese model and papercraft included, they did not forget to make the model able to flash pantsu. Honestly I find that a bit disturbing
