This is said to be Cammy from Saint Seiya series paper craft.

Saint Seiya, also known as Saint Seiya: Knights of the Zodiac or simply Knights of the Zodiac, is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Masami Kurumada.

So I’d like to tell you more about this Cammy character but I couldn’t find her in the list of characters from Saint Seiya series.

But after googling around it seems that Cammy is actually a girl version of Aquarius Camus.

I might be wrong so feel free to correct me.
