This is Zer0 the assassins from Borderland 2. He is playable in Borderland 2. Borderland 2 is available on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 since September 18, 2012.

Honestly I’m not sure if this is a cosplay set as FengWindChild didn’t mention it, however all his previous model is for cosplay purposes and this model does look like one.
